BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS
Bookings require a deposit of €100.00. The remaining balance will be due 60 days before your arrival date and once paid it is non-refundable. Failure to ensure that such payment reaches us by this date may result in the cancellation of the holiday.
If a booking is made less than 60 days before your arrival date a full amount will be due when booking your holiday.
Please make sure you have adequate travel insurance in case you have to cancel.
When you pay your deposit we will send you a receipt including the details of your holiday. Booking and payment is considered the establishment of a legal contract.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
In the event you have to cancel we will make every effort to re-book the accommodation. If we are successful we will refund you the difference less the deposit.
We reserve the right to cancel any booking already made should the bell tent or campsite facilities become unavailable for reasons beyond our control (storm damage for instance). A full refund of monies including deposit would be made to the holiday maker in these circumstances but we are under no further liability.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Your tent will be available at 14.30 on your day of arrival and must be vacated by 11.00 on your departure day. Please contact us if you wish to arrive at an earlier time or leave after 11.00. Please leave the tent and kitchen and BBQ facilities clean.
On arrival you will be asked for a 100 Euro damage deposit. Any damage or excess cleaning will be deducted from this. On departure, after we have inspected your accommodation and facilities your deposit will be returned to you.
Please let us know if anything gets broken, so we can replace it. We will only charge for replacement in exceptional circumstances, as we expect a degree of wear and tear.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS / VALUABLES
We accept no liability for any personal belongings left inside or outside the tent at any time. Please let us know if you would like to leave your valuable items in a secure place. We will store these for you at your own risk.
Please do not wear outdoor footwear inside the tent.
Vehicles are parked by the tent. To retain the peacefulness of the campsite, vehicle movement is only allowed between 8.00 to 22.30 hours. If you are arriving after these hours please contact us. Vehicles must not move around the site outside these hours and noise must be kept to a minimum.
Sorry no dogs allowed in the tent.
